Pam Farris, MBA, RN - Founder and President
Pam Farris has been practicing as a nurse since 1980 caring for patients and leading healthcare teams in various capacities. Pam has seen, first hand, the need for plans of care based on individualized needs and preferences. Pam graduated from the UT Southwestern and holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Dallas.
In Pam’s downtime, she is involved in a local non-profit to promote awareness for the needs of Seniors and enjoys spending time with her family.

Story
Singing Our Song
In 1998 Pam started a Residential Care Home to help support and advocate for those searching for a home-like environment where she could manage the care on an individualized basis. Through coordinating all aspects of care Pam helped countless people receive the care and advocacy they deserve.
In 2014, her care management skills hit hard at home. Like many people, Pam’s Dad was her hero. When he suffered from a stroke and was transferred from a hospital to a rehabilitation. As a registered nurse, she was able to be his advocate during a medical crisis and provided direction and care at her own personal care home for the next eighteen months before he passed. Going through the journey on a personal basis confirmed what she always knew – our loved ones need an advocate that understand the complexities of the healthcare field and can help guide them through the options, process and be an advocate every step of the way.
Through a variety of capacities including being the Director of Nursing for hospice and palliative care, Pam continued to see the need for concierge support and advocacy. In 2022, Pam launched Harmony Care Management to be a personal guide and resource to clients and families alike. Pam Farris is proud to have the opportunity to give families Harmony in Healthcare.
